Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Authentic Material: Made from real stone, not resin, giving a premium weight, cool touch, and timeless look that matures beautifully.
Natural Variation: Alabaster patterns range from pure milky-white to dramatic grey or amber veining. A mostly white piece is not a defect, but a sign of high-purity stone. Veining is naturally formed and cannot be controlled—contact customer service if your project requires specific patterns.
Important Installation Information:
Visible Back Plate: Please note that this light is approximately 3.9 inches wide. Due to the standard size of electrical junction boxes (J-boxes) in the US and Canada (typically 4 inches wide), the wall light will not fully cover the J-box. To resolve this, we include a complimentary 12cm (Dia) back plate that can be used to cover the J-box during installation. This is not a defect, but rather a design consideration for homes with J-boxes larger than the light base.
Optional Back Plate Use: For a minimalist look, the back plate is entirely optional and can be omitted if you prefer the clean, flush appearance shown in most product photos. If the J-box is visible, the back plate can be used to ensure a seamless installation and cover any exposed gaps.
Driver Placement: For the dimmable version, the thyristor dimming driver & DALI dimmable driver should be placed outside the canopy for optimal performance.
Additional Features:
