Each order undergoes a three-stage quality control process — this is why we cannot rush the process without compromising the result. Occasionally, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control — we will always inform you in advance.

Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please Notes: The acrylic tube is available in both short and long versions. By default, we ship the short version. If you prefer the long version, please contact customer service and leave a note.
Installation precautions: The steel wire should be facing up. When testing power, do not touch other iron parts, otherwise it will cause a short circuit (no light or flickering).
