Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

With the Crystal Bulb LED Multi-Light Pendant, Takes inspiration from the exquisite and meticulous process of crystal cutting, commonly seen in traditional whiskey glasses and decanters. A grouping of spherical crystal shades suspends in an elegant composition, highlighted by their sophisticated hand-cut design. LED lighting diffused by the shades culminates into a clean ambient glow that accentuates the engraved ornamental logo on each of the Steel lamp holders.
