Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Information:
Due to the large size of the packaging, which exceeds the capacity of standard express delivery services, this chandelier will be shipped via freight transportation. Color Options:
The default lamp body color is chrome, but gold is available upon request. Reach out to us for more details or to make a custom color choice.
