Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

To maintain the integrity of your Khmara Pendant Light, please strictly adhere to the following lighting requirements:
LED Bulbs Only: This fixture is designed to be used exclusively with LED bulbs.
Avoid Traditional Bulbs: Do not use traditional incandescent or halogen bulbs. These bulbs generate excessive heat during operation, which can lead to the lampshade cracking or sustaining permanent structural damage.
Energy Efficiency: Using LED bulbs not only protects your lamp but also provides superior energy efficiency and a longer lifespan for your light source.
