Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

It took a considerable amount of polish and elbow grease to make the brass look more shiny as you see. What’s more, a layer of oil varnish covers the brass surface which will protect the brass from rusting and also can extend the life of the item for a long time. As time goes by, the color of brass will look better and better.
