Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Battery Care: If using the lamp plugged in constantly, the built-in battery may bulge or lose durability over time. Replacement is available if needed.
Use Only the Included Charging Cable: The lamp’s battery is designed for use with the supplied 5W charging cable with a round connector. Using other high-current cables (e.g., 50W or 100W phone chargers) may damage the battery or shorten its lifespan.
Plug-In Use Advisory: For extended use as a plug-in lamp, occasional unplugging or careful charging is recommended to maintain battery health.
