Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes on Glass
Each Metro Sphere glass dome is hand-blown and individually crafted. After production, every glass shade is carefully cut and polished by hand. Due to the natural fragility of glass, slight variations, roughness, or uneven edges are normal. Unlike metal or other materials, glass cannot be made perfectly flat, and these minor irregularities are a natural characteristic of artisan craftsmanship.
Dimming Option
If you choose the dimmable version, we recommend using a TRIAC dimmer switch to achieve the best results and smooth dimming performance.
