Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

All our ceiling fans are equipped with a variable-frequency DC motor, capable of forward and reverse rotation. Use the forward mode for cooling or reverse mode for gentle winter ventilation.

LED Light & Easy Maintenance
This fan features an easy-to-replace LED light module. If the LED ever stops working, you can replace it yourself just like a standard light bulb.
Planning to use a wall switch? To ensure the best performance, this fan light pairs exclusively with our Wireless Wall Switch. Standard home switches are not compatible with this model's receiver. If you prefer wall control over a handheld remote, please remember to purchase the Wireless Wall Switch directly from our website.
Installation Notes
When installing the blades, please ensure gaskets are properly added and secured.
This prevents damage to the motor’s copper wiring and ensures stable operation.
Wall Switch Note
Wall switches can only be purchased together with the fan.
They cannot be shipped if ordered separately.

Friendly Reminder
- This fan light cannot be installed on a ceiling with joists + gypsum board or wood panels (may cause noise and wobbling issues).
- This fan light cannot be installed on prefabricated ceilings (installation on cement concrete and solid wood beams is acceptable).
- If the installation surface has round or square grooves, please inform customer service of the groove's diameter and depth.
- Sloped ceilings cannot be installed; the beam width should be at least 6 cm and the ceiling must support over 20 kg.
