Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

The Akari lights are handcrafted of translucent washi paper that is made from the inner bark of the mulberry tree. The designer has compared the light of Akari to sunlight filtered through traditional paper doors – the light sculptures create a warm glow and pleasant ambiance.
Purchase instructions: This product undergoes a meticulous hand-bonding process using paper and glue. As a result, you may notice minor traces of glue along the edge of the lampshade. Please be aware that this occurrence is considered normal and does not constitute a quality issue.
