Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please note: This product cannot be shipped if purchased separately and must be purchased together with a anzaz fan light.
This wireless remote control switch is specifically designed to work only with our fan light models and is not compatible with products from other suppliers or websites. If you have purchased a fan light from another vendor, please do not purchase this remote switch, as it will not function with your existing fixture.
For optimal performance and safety, always use this switch in combination with our designated fan light models.
