Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

To ensure the structural integrity of this fixture and prevent the long rods from bending or breaking during international transit, this model features a secure screw-joint design. This segmented assembly is a standard, intentional manufacturing feature to ensure your light arrives in perfect condition, and is not considered a quality defect.
While the connection points may be visible up close during unboxing and assembly, they become significantly less noticeable once the fixture is fully installed and viewed from a standard distance, preserving its overall elegant aesthetic.
