Most of our products are unique items, ordered individually for each client — color, size, number of light sources, and other specific parameters. This is why we do not work "from stock" but bring in exactly what you have chosen.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
The standard delivery time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
Each order undergoes a three-stage quality control process — this is why we cannot rush the process without compromising the result. Occasionally, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control — we will always inform you in advance.

Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

The Bijou collection imitates the sheer power and mystique of nature. Capturing every angle and random movement of branches on a tree, this series offers pure delight to the senses. The realistic branch castings are finished in hand-applied brass adorned with blown crystal drops of various neutral hues.
Notice*: The Bijou Chandelier at anzaz requires only two strings of crystals to be hung on each branch, rather than filling every hole.
NOTE*: Due to the substantial size of the lamp's packaging, which surpasses the handling limits of standard express delivery services, we are required to utilize truck transportation for its delivery. This method ensures the safe and secure transit of your package. However, please note that the shipping time for this method is approximately 40-50 days. We advise you to consider this extended delivery period before making your purchase to ensure it aligns with your expectations and schedule.
