Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

The same goes for this Wabi-Sabi Crust Thin pendant lamp. The illogical shape and special materials form this somewhat postmodern creation. Without conspicuous finishes, the gray or white color can better highlight the texture on its surface, setting off its texture. You might think of it as a cement chandelier, but this is made of lightweight resin and polystyrene material, and even a large size won't be very heavy. Therefore, you don't have to worry about any safety issues hanging from the ceiling.
