How Long Does Delivery Take?
The standard delivery time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
Each order undergoes a three-stage quality control process — this is why we cannot rush the process without compromising the result. Occasionally, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control — we will always inform you in advance.

Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

The Deck Outdoor Post Light is crafted from durable galvanized steel, providing long-lasting rust resistance for all outdoor conditions. Its carefully designed light fixture offers excellent illumination while remaining weatherproof and low-maintenance. The globe/lens is made of clear acrylic, which is lightweight, impact-resistant, and easy to install—protecting it during shipping. This fixture includes one integrated LED bulb, regardless of size.
For the solar version, it features built-in rechargeable solar panels that automatically turn the light on at dusk and off at dawn, providing convenient, hands-free outdoor lighting.
