How Long Does Delivery Take?
The standard delivery time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
Each order undergoes a three-stage quality control process — this is why we cannot rush the process without compromising the result. Occasionally, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control — we will always inform you in advance.

Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

A beautifully pleated shade takes center stage in our dramatic Flores table lamp. Made of upholstered fabric, the conical shade angles an exaggerated taper for maximum light filtering. The base counterbalances with the warm color and grain of natural wood, while the slim light pole and conical finial finished in burnished metal add clean lines and complete the mixed-material look.
