Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

This luxurious chandelier features a metal frame adorned with handcrafted ceramic ginkgo leaves, perfectly blending natural beauty with modern lighting design. More than just illumination, it acts as a sculptural centerpiece, creating a warm, calming, and dynamic atmosphere in any space.
Measurement Guide:
The listed dimensions refer to the total span of the fixture, including the leaves. The metal branches are flexible and adjustable—please gently fan out the outermost branches manually and install all leaves to achieve the full width and intended look.
About the Glue Marks on the Ginkgo Leaves：
Slight glue marks at leaf-metal junctions are normal for stability and don't affect appearance.
Please note: Choose from nickel, chrome, white, copper, gold, or black finishes; white ceramic leaves are available for custom nickel or white bodies and install screw-free. Bulbs are sized to your fixture. This custom chandelier ships freight, arriving in 40–50 days. An accessories package is included, and our support team is available within 24 hours for questions.
