Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Measurement Guide: Listed dimensions represent the total span including the leaves. The metal branches are flexible and adjustable; please gently fan out the outer branches during installation to achieve the full width and intended look.

Craftsmanship Note: To ensure stability and safety during shipping and long-term use, a small amount of glue is applied at the metal interface of each leaf. This is a standard part of the production process to enhance product durability.
⚠ You may notice slight glue residue on the surface of some leaves. Please note that it is not a quality issue and does not affect the product’s appearance or functionality.
NOTE*: As a customized product, bulbs are matched to fit the size and proportion. Please refer to the actual number of lamp holders received if it differs from your order.
A diverse range of lamp body colors, including nickel, chrome, white, copper, gold, and black, is available. Should you require a customized color to meet your specific preferences, feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team for assistance.
If you need a custom nickel or white lamp body, we offer white ceramic leaves. The white leaves are designed to be installed without screws.
