The standard delivery time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
Each order undergoes a three-stage quality control process — this is why we cannot rush the process without compromising the result. Occasionally, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control — we will always inform you in advance.

Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

If you plan to control your light fixture with a dimmer switch, please contact our customer service team before placing your order so we can confirm and customize the appropriate dimming solution for your setup.
Please note that the test bulb included by default is not dimmable and is provided for testing and inspection purposes only. If dimming functionality is required, we can customize the light source to be compatible with your dimmer switch upon request.
Reaching out to us in advance will help ensure the fixture works perfectly with your existing electrical setup and avoids any compatibility issues after installation.
