How Long Does Delivery Take?
The standard delivery time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
Each order undergoes a three-stage quality control process — this is why we cannot rush the process without compromising the result. Occasionally, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control — we will always inform you in advance.

Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Note on Artisanal Quality: Because our glass is handcrafted, you may notice subtle "flow lines," tiny air bubbles, or faint internal markings. These are not scratches or defects. Rather, they are the "fingerprints" of the mouth-blown process—authentic characteristics that distinguish genuine artisan glass from mass-produced, machine-made alternatives. These features enhance the light’s diffusion and serve as a testament to the traditional techniques used to create your fixture.
Please Note: that the small air bubble visible in the glass is a normal characteristic of the hand-blown manufacturing process. This is not considered a quality defect and is an unavoidable result of artisanal craftsmanship.
The ceiling canopy includes a fixed screw for added stability. Please refer to the actual product you receive as the final standard
Dimming: If you purchase the dimmable version, we recommend you purchase a Triac dimmer switch for the best results.
