Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

For Wood/Cabinet Doors: We provide standard screws tailored to the thickness of your wood. This ensures a tight fit without damaging the thread.
For Glass Doors: We provide specialized mounting accessories, including protective gaskets and spacers, to prevent the metal hardware from contacting the glass directly. Standard cabinet screws cannot be used on glass doors.
Please measure your door thickness before ordering to ensure the included screws are the correct length.
