Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

As part of our exclusive feather lamp series, our feather Chandeliers are finished with ostrich feathers and a brass metal base.
Hand-made in our Chinese studio, there are fifteen gorgeous shades to choose from.
Important Note on Total Height：
To ensure the fixture fits your space correctly, please note that the total height refers to the fully assembled light.
This measurement includes the main lamp body plus all decorative elements (such as feathers or other accessories).
The fixture may appear smaller when measured directly from the frame in the box. Please install all decorative parts first, then measure from the top mounting point to the lowest decorative tip to confirm the final height.
