Most of our products are unique items, ordered individually for each client — color, size, number of light sources, and other specific parameters. This is why we do not work "from stock" but bring in exactly what you have chosen.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
The standard delivery time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
Each order undergoes a three-stage quality control process — this is why we cannot rush the process without compromising the result. Occasionally, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control — we will always inform you in advance.

Since each product is ordered individually, we require payment in advance. This is a guarantee for both parties — that the product will be manufactured and delivered according to your specifications.

Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Postkrisi is a very special collection of lamps in metal structure, hand-painted glass wool screen. Design by the anzaz. Each lamp is hand-painted and represents a high-quality craft object, With PostKrisi began working and molding fiberglass. This material fascinated him due to its incredible versatility and strength, but above all for the shadows, it casts when it interacts with light.
