Most of our products are unique items, ordered individually for each client — color, size, number of light sources, and other specific parameters. This is why we do not work "from stock" but bring in exactly what you have chosen.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
The standard delivery time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
Each order undergoes a three-stage quality control process — this is why we cannot rush the process without compromising the result. Occasionally, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control — we will always inform you in advance.

Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

We celebrate the natural characteristics of the wood, which means the texture, color, and shape of every rod are unique, crafting a genuine "one-of-a-kind" masterpiece for you. This organic yet layered structure cleverly balances rustic natural charm with clean, sharp modern lines.

Please keep in mind that the colors of the chandelier may appear differently depending on the lighting conditions. Our website images showcase the chandelier with the lights turned on, which creates a warm, inviting glow that may affect how the colors appear. For a more accurate representation of the fixture's design and finish, we recommend viewing it under similar lighting conditions once installed.
