Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
Since all our products are manufactured individually according to each client's specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully check all order details before confirmation.
Defective or Shipping-Damaged Products
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

The Woven Rattan Outdoor Lamp combines traditional craftsmanship with modern style. Each lamp is crafted with high-quality rattan, creating a complex yet lightweight pattern. An acrylic lining radiates a soft ambient light, amplifying the intricate details of the rattan.
